Every year since 2020, Crazy Mountain Veterinary Service has hosted a reduced cost spay and neuter clinic for our communities. This one day even allows our entire staff to gather together for a day of helping the community, and learning from each other. In 2023, we had the pleasure of having a board certified surgeon, Dr. Mark Albrecht, come to our clinic to give our staff some additional education.
We also have a working relationship with the Spay Neuter Program and the Butte Spay Neuter Task Force. They both can offer vouchers to help with the cost of spaying or neutering your dogs and cats.
Dr. Emily Gosda helped to organize a Trap Neuter Release day for the feral cat population in Martinsdale in 2025. The cats were live trapped by Prairie Song Rescue, sterilized, fully vaccinated, and released back to where they were found. Each one healthier and no longer contributing to the overpopulation problem. The team spayed 40 females and neuter 20 males!
